A place where technicians are encouraged, supported and nurtured. A chance to become part of a community, where we help each other, share information and grow together.
Over the years, technicians have kept knowledge and information for themselves. Why? Because they believe if they share it with others, it will devalue them, people will overtake and steal their clients? Recently though, we've seen a huge shift in this mindset in the industry. More and more technicians are adopting the same principles as dentists, where they collaborate and excel TOGETHER.
Each year, there's a constant increase in newly qualified dentists, but also a constant decrease in dental technicians. Too much work and not enough technicians, means there will always be work for us all. It makes sense to be a part of a community, where you can ask questions, help other technicians and allow the industry as a whole to develop. Not only will you be advancing your own career and businesses, you can support the younger generation with inspiration and motivation.
Whether you are digital, removable, fixed, implants, ortho or a student, everyone is welcome.
