Study Club 2 Content:

•Improve knowledge and skills surrounding custom trays, bite rims and copy dentures.

•Understand common problems when creating these, including not only technical and clinical, but also communication, technical abilities and education.

•Grasp fundamental concepts that will help with overall outcomes of denture patients.

Aims and Objectives:

•Review anatomy of denture patients and discuss common problems when fabricating custom trays and bite rims.

•Understand workflows to provide higher standards when completing lab work.

•Recognize methods, techniques and materials of custom trays, record rims and copy dentures, understanding when and why these can be utilized for better outcomes.

•Use research, studies and peer-reviewed information to guide learners in the study club.
